Dr. Alexis Daniels

Dr. Alexis was born and raised just south of San Francisco and recently made the cross-country move to the Capital District. She attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish in 2015.After completing her undergraduate studies, she returned to San Francisco where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Alexis made the move back to the state of Michigan where she completed a two and a half- year residency in pediatric dentistry. During her residency, Dr. Alexis earned a Master’s degree in Pediatric Dentistry for her thesis titled: Obstetricians / Gynecologists’ Education, Knowledge, Attitudes and Behavior concerning the Effects of Pregnant Patients’ Oral Health on Pregnancy Outcomes: A National Survey. Dr. Alexis has a special interest in education in expecting mothers, infant oral health, and lip/tongue ties.

In her free time, you can find Dr. Alexis petting all puppies around town, especially any type of doodle. Dr. Alexis enjoys going for walks around her neighborhood and attending workout classes at local establishments. You can always find Dr. Alexis watching college football (Go Blue!) or exploring local gluten free-restaurants with her fiancé.

Dr. Alexis is a board-eligible pediatric dentist with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and American Dental Association. Dr. Alexis is also fluent in Spanish.
